Update on first Forget Cooking class

I thought about two things that I wanted to share with you. One to correct something I said in the last Forget Cooking class and another idea for the “Not Tuna Pâté”.

  • Nori sheet or Lettuce Leaf
  • Spread a desired amount of Pâté on Nori sheet or lettuce leaf
  • Add sliced avocado, tomato, sprouts, baby lettuce (sliced onion optional, they’re all optional)
  • Spray with a little Brags amino acids
  • Roll like a cigar and cut it down the middle
